There is a range of activities at Micalo, guaranteed to please any and all guests. The moment you drive through the property’s gate that welcomes you to Micalo, you are greeted by the expanse of lush green fairway, and Micalo’s private, two-hole golf course. Head up the driveway and the practice putting green comes into view, often dotted with kangaroos. You just know that this is going to be no ordinary escape. Boredom is not an option at Micalo!

What is less obvious on arrival, is the plethora of other activities available both outdoors and in – designed to entertain guests of all ages plus engage friends and family in play and connection during their stay.

Perfect your golf game on the putting green near the pool, with the Micalo golf cart available in the carport. Enjoy volleyball or badminton on the lawn under the Poinciana tree or shoot hoops at the basketball court behind The Studio. For those wanting to play indoors,there is the challenge of a friendly game of table tennis in The Studio and a game of pool in the games room.

Micalo’s games room features an oversized disco ball, and an integrated sound system for the dancers amongst the guests. The showcase fire pit can be found on the covered patio adjacent to the games room. Mix up signature cocktails and dance the night away at the luxe indoor/outdoor bar, with the warm evening breeze drifting through the open doors.

Switch off and explore the calm tidal waters of the river with the two stand-up paddle boards and kayaks provided or bring your own flat-bottomed boat and fish for bream, bass, flathead, and crabs. Cook your catch in the outdoor woodfired oven or BBQ.
