TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking.
50% payment is required to reserve your dates with a further 50% payable 60 days prior to your arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed with payment.
Deposit refundable with 60 days notice, no refund within 60 days.
Check-in and out
Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You are welcome to entertain up to 10 people before extra charges apply – please refer to our Events terms and conditions and pricing.
No weddings, parties, schoolies or events are to be held without prior arrangement with management.
A $3,000 security bond is held as a credit card pre-authorisation (Visa or MasterCard), is processed the week prior to arrival and is released less damages within 14 days of your stay.
Small pets are considered upon request.
No smoking inside.
